Edward Imad Aboulhosn was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela on August 18, 1968 to Afif Jamil Aboulhosn and Helen Marie Hamden. At the age of six, Eddy’s family moved to the United States, first to Princeton , WV, where he lived for two years, and then to Miami, Florida, where lived the remainder of his life. Eddy was a successful entrepreneur. He was experienced in various business fields from retail to wholesale, and from electronics to men’s accessories. Eddy owned his own company for many years before selling it and partnering up with his father, Afif, to expand his men’s accessories company. The two men were very successful and were able to expand, and eventually, sell millions of men’s accessories annually to the Central and South American market. Though work was a large part of Eddy’s life, nothing mattered more to him than the children he shared with Lilly, Andrea, Sabrina, and Edward. These three individuals were his sole motivation in life. Nothing brought him more pleasure than being with them….when they were together, one could see the love they had for one another. It was obvious that being a father was his favorite role in life. Eddy was a loving son, a loving brother, a loving father, a loving uncle, and a loving friend…to say the least; Eddy was and continues to be the epitome of “loving .” His love and devotion to family is what gives his family the strength to live life as he would have wanted them to live it. Though Eddy was taken at such a young age, we are fortunate to have had such a wonderful man in our lives. Loved by many and admired by all, Eddy will live on in each one of us.
